In early 2010, he published two books: Leadership and Management, part of the Harper Collins Business Secrets series. In late 2011, he co-wrote ‘Grow Your Business’, to accompany the Dragons’ Den TV series. This year sees the addition of two new titles to his list of publications: ‘The Fit Mentor’ and ‘40 Interview Icebergs and How to Sail Around Them’; both are published by CGW Publishing.

Leadership and Management - Sarah Smith
Sarah is a highly experienced learning and development professional who has worked in a variety of sectors including retail, finance, media, higher education, public and voluntary sector.
Her significant experience in leadership, management development and organisational change includes the research and design of leadership competency models for several organisations, the design and delivery of strategic leadership and management development programmes and the design and implementation of programmes in support of major organisational change.
Prior to moving into consultancy Sarah was Deputy Head of Professional Development at Cranfield University for four years, where she held responsibility for management and leadership development.
Sarah continues to work with Cranfield University in areas such as leadership development, NLP, Spiral Dynamics and Emotional Intelligence. She is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, an accredited practitioner of Gravesian/Spiral Dynamics (National Values Centre, USA) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (OPP).
Sales and Marketing – Rosemary Bannister
Rosemary is a marketing professional with 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry. After graduating with a degree in hospitality management, Rosemary’s career rise saw her eventually take over the reins as Director of Sales and Marketing for mid-market Jarvis Hotels plc and for the International luxury group, Intercontinental Hotels.
In the latter half of her career she was involved with the management and development of both sales teams and businesses. Both of these necessitated a strategic approach to business and problem analysis.
This award-winning trainer has trained both formally and informally at all levels within organisations and adapts her approach and course content accordingly.
As her background is sales and marketing, she is a firm believer in providing excellent customer service to ensure that customers remain loyal. Rosemary trains in Service Excellence and many different sales related courses such as Selling Skills, Negotiation Techniques and Account Management.
She is married, lives in West London and is a keen amateur garden designer in her spare time.
Sales and Marketing – Nina Lovatt
Prior to setting up her own business, Marigold Consulting UK Ltd, in 2003, Nina held senior sales and marketing positions with: Conde Nast Johansens, The Eton Town House Group and Sarova Hotels. Nina also worked in a part time marketing role for IBM’s healthcare and life sciences division and provided freelance marketing support to specialist agency Number 20 Ltd in London.
Graduating from Oxford Brookes University with an honours degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Nina was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003. In 2006 Nina was awarded a license to deliver Welcome Host training from Tourism South East. In 2009 Nina became a licensed practitioner for Insights Discovery ™.
Nina’s passion is for developing the selling skills of both professional sales people and non sales professionals. She enjoys the process of building skills and confidence and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the sales process.
